Refund & Return Policy

At TRENDIQUE LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (such as used or customized stuffed toys).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
